This Privacy & Data Protection Policy governs the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of personal data by Fabulous Property Agency & Management ("Fabulous Property", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in Uganda with physical offices at Plot 57, Nkrumah Road, Nkrumah-Nasser Link Plaza, 4th Floor, Room NF 08, Kampala.
We operate in full compliance with the Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 of Uganda, the Data Protection and Privacy Regulations, 2021, and guidelines issued by the Personal Data Protection Office (PDPO) under NITA-U.
2. Information We Collect
- Identity Data: Full legal names, national identification numbers (NIN) or passport numbers for KYC compliance in property leases and title transfers.
- Contact Data: Email addresses, telephone numbers, postal addresses, and WhatsApp references.
- Property Specifications: Title details, acreage, location preferences, and budget parameters submitted via inquiry forms.
3. Lawful Basis for Processing
We process your personal information under Consent, Contractual Necessity for executing leases and management agreements, and Statutory Compliance under Ugandan land registration and tax laws.
4. Data Security Safeguards
We employ encryption protocols (SSL/TLS), access controls, and strict database safeguards. Client records are kept confidential and never commercialized to third parties.
