Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Agency Mandate & Representation

Fabulous Property Agency & Management accepts property listings, management mandates, and land acquisition retainers based on written agreements executed with property owners or prospective purchasers.

2. Property Listings & Accuracy

While all property listings and land parcels are subjected to preliminary verification, specifications including boundary markings, acreage, and zoning permissions are confirmed through official Ministry Zonal Office search reports and certified land surveyor reports.

3. Land Acquisition Retainers

Due-diligence investigations conducted for land acquisitions require formal authorization by the intending purchaser. Search findings are provided in writing for the client's confidential legal guidance.

4. Financial Transactions & Escrow

All rental collections, security deposits, and transaction deposits are processed through designated client accounts in accordance with Ugandan banking regulations and contractual terms.
